How records are kept. Load-bearing facts carry an attestation grade naming their evidence; documents are fingerprinted with SHA-256 at intake; and a valuation of record is sealed with the methodology version and the inputs that produced it.

A fact the evidence does not support is recorded as unknown, never estimated to fill the gap. Records are append-only: a correction is entered as a new attested statement, and the superseded one remains on the record rather than disappearing from it.
